Mike Ansari
Mike Ansari (Formal: Mansour Ansari-Pour, Persian:منصور انصاری پور , born June 5, 1964) is an Iranian-New Zealand Personal Fitness Trainer,〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=https://www.lesmills.co.nz/trainers-and-instructors/mikeansari/ )〕 Life-coach, martial arts trainer and educator becoming widely known in New Zealand for his work in the rehabilitation of stroke victims and his groundbreaking work in the field of Body Mind and Spirit, Transformational Meditation and Mindfulness Practice. He is also an author and secular mystic.
==Early life==
At the time of Ansari's birth in Tehran, Iran in 1964, the Ansari family, consisting of 3 generations - parents, grandparents and siblings, all lived together under one roof. The onset of the 1979 Islamic Revolution saw Ansari Snr falsely accused of complicity in the security service of the Shah. He was found "guilty by association" and subsequently stripped of thirty years of employment benefits. The family was black-listed in the chaotic mayhem that ensued and this, together with the stultifying and restrictive conditions that followed under the new regime ultimately provided the incentive for Ansari to seek refuge in another country.
